Advanced Female Development — All-Female U13/U15

This high-performance development program is designed to help experienced female house players elevate their skills, confidence, and overall game. Through professional coaching, players will improve their skating, puck control, passing, shooting, hockey IQ, and decision-making in game situations. The combination of focused skill development and coached scrimmage play allows athletes to immediately apply what they learn in a competitive environment. Beyond skill development, players will build confidence, leadership, resilience, and strong training habits while training alongside motivated peers in a positive, supportive all-female environment.

Session Format

Each 80-minute session includes 40 minutes of professional skill development and 40 minutes of coached scrimmage play (no referees).
