BW Hockey Terms and Conditions of Sale

Thank you for your purchase with BW Hockey. We would like to outline the following conditions of sale.

Please be advised that all purchases are FINAL.

After making your purchase, if you are unable to attend your scheduled event you may reschedule before the event has taken place and within the same group type, season and program. For Instructions on rescheduling please see below.

Rescheduling

To reschedule, log into your account, go to My Account → My Programs, open the booking, and click Reschedule beside the date you want to move. Do this before your event takes place. You CANNOT reschedule a session once it has started — a session taking place today counts as started, so move your booking the day before at the latest. For a camp, the whole week locks once its first day arrives. (Can only change within the same grouping)

Camps cannot be transferred between locations. Each camp is booked as a whole week, so there is no other date within it to move to — if you need to change camps, email us and we will look at it case by case.

If there is no other date available to move to, email us at Management@bwhockey.com and we’ll help.

Credit will NOT be given to those who do not reschedule before their event is taking place.

Should you be unable to attend any of the sessions that you have purchased and won’t be able to for an extended period of time we may offer credit for your purchase. Though this is done on a case by case basis.

If we cancel

If BW Hockey cancels a session, everyone booked on it is emailed, and we will schedule a further date or help you move your booking to one that suits you.

Changing the athlete

A place may be passed to another athlete. Email us at Management@bwhockey.com with the new athlete’s details and we will update the roster.
